Elementary and Middle students will follow the school uniform and High students will follow the dress code as outlined in the attached school board policy.

The Calhoun County School district's Cougar mascot logo is trademarked and owned by the school district. Any commercial or third-party uses of the logo must receive prior written approval by the Calhoun County Board of Education.

September is Suicide Prevention Month — a time to raise awareness of this urgently important crisis. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call, text, or chat 988, immediately (chat available at 988Lifeline.org).

School will be closed Thursday, Sept. 26 and Friday, Sept 27. Classes resume Monday, Sept 30th

For the safety of our students, students K-12 may use and bring CLEAR/MESH backpacks to carry their books and notebooks at school.

Judge Annie Doris Holder, Magistrate and Probable Court Judge for Calhoun County Georgia appointed Ms. Nartonya Houston Police Chief of Calhoun County Schools.

HS ELA teacher, Mrs. Erica Wilson, was named the CCHS Teacher of the Year.

Students who are registered for ASYEP camp will need the following items::

Water bottle
Bag (preferably clear)
Towel
Bathing suit (a one-piece bathing suit for girls)
Students do not need to bring money. Two all-you-can-eat meals will be provided.
The transportation (general information) form must be submitted to the bus driver on the first day of camp - if it was not given to the office.

Credit Recovery will be offered for high school students only. Transportation will be provided.
